BECOME A BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST!
Behavior Technicians work independently under the supervision of our amazing team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and Speech and Occupational Therapists to help our clients with Autism. They work in-clinic, in-homes, daycare settings, and schools to provide individualized play-based therapies that help children learn to improve their social interactions and communication, and to better their ability to take care of themselves.
Behavior Therapies can be something like showing a child the steps needed to tie their own shoelaces or wash their hands. Or helping them to communicate better with the people around them. The ultimate goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. Our goal is for our clients to reach their full potential and transition to a school setting through our clinically excellent Autism care.
Of course, there’s a lot of science that goes into our Autism care, and we’ll be supporting you every step of the way.

Our Clinical Managers/BCBAs are passionate about improving the way services are provided to children and their families. They are a part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians who provide individualized behavioral and therapeutic early intervention support services in the home, school, clinic and community settings. Our CSs and BCBAs are ambassadors of clinical excellence leading clinical teams and coordinating implementation of the highest standards of clinical care for every client.
