We are currently seeking for Part-Time and Full- Time Behavioral Therapists

Job Responsibilities:

Work directly with children at the clinic-based setting, home setting, or school setting.
Collect data on the child’s progress and performance.
Provide parent training and support, under the guidance and supervision of the case supervisor.
Attend clinic team meetings and collaborate and work closely with fellow therapists and case supervisors.
Ability to commute to clinic/home or school setting and work in West LA and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education requirement: BA degree (will consider applicants currently enrolled in a program)
Need to have reliable transportation, valid CA drivers license and proof of car insurance.
Experience working with children; experience with autism or special needs preferred.
Need to be able to bend, squat, reach, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
Provide TB Test and pass a Livescan screening.
Minimum 1 year commitment

We are a highly qualified team of clinicians based in West Los Angeles areas (Culver City, Santa Monica, West LA).

Be part of a team of caring, highly qualified and very passionate clinicians! We believe in high quality of services, where Case Supervisors have small caseloads to ensure adequate supervision and support.

Case Supervisor Position Requirements:

MS or higher degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
BCBA or BCBA-D certification REQUIRED.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with families and children using ABA principles.
Experience supervising ABA Programs and implementing Behavior Intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Valid CA Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Case Supervisor Position Job Duties:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and write Progress Reports according to funding source.
Design and oversee treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children and families impacted by Autism or other developmental disabilities.
Provide ongoing training to Behavioral Therapists in the field, during team and clinic meetings and during staff meetings.
Meet with parents/caregivers and provide parent education.
Assess the client’s treatment needs regularly, monitor and review collected data, and make necessary changes and adjustments.
Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings and collaborate with a variety of related professionals involved in each child’s treatment program.
